After many years in finance and office management she decided to pursue her passion of real estate and earned her Real Estate License in 2015. Crystal is married to Robert and has two children Morgan, who is a graduate of JMU and is a Nurse P
Crystal was born and raised in Rustburg and has extensive knowledge of the surrounding counties. After many years in finance and office management she decided to pursue her passion of real estate and earned her Real Estate License in 2015. Crystal is married to Robert and has two children Morgan, who is a graduate of JMU and is a Nurse Practitioner in Lynchburg and a son Brayden is who is a graduate of Rustburg High School and is a veteran of the US Army and currently a Deputy in Campbell County. She enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, and spending quality time with her family and grandchildren Quinn, Violet, Archer, Harper and Penelope. She also is a Search and Rescue volunteer K9 handler with her K9 Radar who is a cadaver dog.

Heather is a Lynchburg native. Her previous work in customer service for years brought her to expand her horizons into property management. She has been with Watts since 2015. She has a daughter and her longtime boyfriend that she devotes most of her time to. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her pets. She is also a volunteer for a local nonprofit animal rescue.
