Crystal was born and raised in Rustburg and has extensive knowledge of the surrounding counties. After many years in finance and office management she decided to pursue her passion of real estate and earned her Real Estate License in 2015. Crystal is married to her long time love Robert and has two children Morgan, who is a graduate of James Madison University and a Labor and delivery nurse at Va and a son Brayden is who is a graduate of Rustburg High School and is a veteran of the US Army and currently a Deputy. She enjoys hunting, fishing, reading, and spending quality time with her family and granddaughters Quinn, Violet and Harper. She also is a K9 handler with her K9 Radar who is a cadaver dog.

Heather is a Lynchburg native. Her previous work in customer service for years brought her to expand her horizons into property management. She has been with Watts since 2015. She has a daughter in high school and her longtime boyfriend that she devotes most of her time to. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her pets. She also enjoys going to concerts.

Sierra relocated to Lynchburg in 2013 to pursue her academic goals at Liberty University, where she successfully earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees. With extensive experience in customer service and property management, Sierra brings valuable expertise to our team. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her boyfriend, RJ, and their four beloved pets.
